Terms of Use

The 3dpechat.bg website and the services it describes are provided by Zdravko Kolev, a private individual.

We don't issue invoices.

These terms apply to using the website and to every order for 3D printing, 3D modelling or a catalogue product, whether made through the contact form, by email or through a social media message.

If you order as a consumer, the law gives you rights that can't be restricted. Nothing in these terms reduces them.

1. Enquiry. You describe what you need and send a 3D model, a sketch, a photo or just an idea. The Contact page explains how to send files.
2. Quote. We send you a free written quote by email or a social media message. It states the price, the lead time, the delivery method, when and how you pay, and whether you have a right of withdrawal (see "Cancelling an order").
3. Confirmation. The order is placed once you confirm the quote in writing.
4. Making and delivery, within the time stated in the quote.

Before you confirm, we may decline an order without giving a reason.

The prices on the Prices page and its calculator are a guide. The price in the quote is binding. It covers everything except delivery, when delivery isn't free.

The price of 3D modelling depends on its complexity, and you see it in the quote before we start.

You can pay:

• in cash on receipt;
• by bank transfer via Revolut;
• cash on delivery, when the courier delivers.

Whether you pay on receipt or (fully or partly) in advance is stated in the quote for each order.

The lead time is stated in the quote. Typical lead times are on the Prices page. A rush order is possible when the schedule allows, for the surcharge stated in the quote.

• In Sofia: in person or by city courier, as agreed.
• Elsewhere in Bulgaria: by Econt or Speedy, to an office, an address or a parcel locker.

Delivery is free anywhere in Bulgaria for orders over €100. Below that amount, the courier's rate applies.

The risk of damage to or loss of the item passes to you when you, or a person you name, receive the parcel. Check the parcel on receipt and tell us straight away if it is damaged.

When you send us a model, a sketch or a photo, you confirm that you have the right to use it for this purpose, for example because you made it, hold a licence, or it is published under a licence that allows it.

• The rights to your files stay yours. We use them only for your order, don't share them, and delete them as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Whether you also receive the file of a model we design for you is agreed in the quote.
• We may publish photos of finished items (in the portfolio, on Instagram or TikTok). They never show people, names or any other personal data. If you don't want your item shown, tell us and we won't publish it.

We don't make:

• weapons, firearm parts or ammunition;
• items that infringe someone else's copyright, designs or trademarks;
• items that are illegal or intended for illegal use.

If we find this out after an order has been confirmed, we cancel it and refund everything you paid.

Your right to cancel depends on what you order. The quote always says which case applies to you.

Ready-made products from the catalogue

You can cancel within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason.

• Tell us by email or a social media message. You can use the form below, but you don't have to.
• Send the item back within 14 days of telling us. You pay the cost of returning it.
• We refund everything you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of your notice. We may wait until we receive the item back.
• You are responsible for any loss in the item's value from handling it more than needed to examine it.

Items made from your model or to your specifications

An item printed from your file, to your dimensions or with your text is made just for you. The law gives no right of withdrawal for it (Art. 57(3) of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act). If it is defective, the legal guarantee applies.

3D modelling

Modelling is a service. You can cancel within 14 days of confirming the quote.

• If you ask us to start sooner, by confirming you expressly agree to this and accept that you lose the right to cancel once the model is fully finished.
• If you cancel before then, you pay a proportionate part of the price for the work already done.

Check your item on receipt. If you see a defect (a broken or missing part, a size or colour different from the quote), write to us straight away by email or a social media message, with a short description and a photo. That is when the cause is easiest to establish.

PLA changes with use. Most items are made of PLA. This plastic softens and can deform at high temperatures (for example in a car in the sun or near a heat source), fades in direct sunlight and wears under load and friction. These are properties of the material, not defects.

Legal guarantee. Items carry the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years from delivery). It covers defects that existed at delivery, not changes from use, misuse or damage after receipt. We log every complaint, examine the item or its photos and tell you what you are entitled to under the law.

When we print from your file, we are responsible for the print quality agreed in the quote. We are responsible for errors in the model itself (dimensions, tolerances, structural strength) when we designed it.

If the item will be used at high temperatures, outdoors or under load, tell us when you order and we will suggest a suitable material.

If something is wrong, write to us; most problems are solved quickly.

If we can't agree, you can turn to the General Conciliation Commission of the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection in Sofia (1 Vrabcha St., floors 3–5, 1000 Sofia; phone 0700 111 22; kzp.bg) or to the competent Bulgarian court.

Bulgarian law applies to these terms. If you live in another country, this doesn't take away the protection of its mandatory consumer rules.

We may change these terms. The current version is on this page, with the date of the last change. Each order is governed by the terms in force on the day you confirmed it.
