How much does 3D printing cost?
The price is calculated by weight: from €0.80 to €1.50 per 10 g depending on the tier, and the minimum order value is €3. You can see an estimate straight away in the calculator on this page.
How long does an order take?
Small parts take 1–3 working days, larger parts and small batches 3–7 working days. A rush order is possible when the schedule allows, for a 30% surcharge.
Do I need a ready 3D model?
No. An order can start from a ready 3D model, a sketch, a photo or an idea. The initial quote is free; the price of modelling depends on its complexity – the time the modelling takes – and you learn it from the quote before we start.
Which files do you accept?
STL, 3MF (preferred), OBJ and STEP. Send them by email – the contact form doesn't accept attachments.
Which materials do you print with?
We print with FDM technology, mainly in PLA – it is in stock in standard colours and covers the needs of most orders. Other materials, such as PETG or TPU, are possible on request – we buy them specially for the order.
What is the maximum size of a part?
Up to 25 × 25 × 25 cm in one piece. Larger items are printed in parts and glued together.
How do I get my order?
In Sofia – in person or by city courier, arranged by email or message. Anywhere else in Bulgaria we ship with Econt or Speedy to an office, an address or a parcel locker, with cash on delivery available. Delivery is free anywhere in Bulgaria for orders over €100; below that amount the courier's rate applies.
How can I pay?
In cash on pick-up, by Revolut transfer, or cash on delivery when the courier brings your order.
Do you work with companies and small batches?
Yes – we make prototypes, functional parts and small batches for companies as well as for private customers. We don't issue invoices at the moment.
How quickly do you reply?
Usually within 24 hours, and the consultation is free. We work every day from 9:00 to 18:00 and answer in English and Bulgarian.
