In short
- The 3dpechat.bg website is run by Zdravko Kolev, a private individual in Sofia.
- We receive only what you send us: your name, contact details, message, files and delivery address.
- We use it only to reply to you and to fulfil your order. We don't sell it or use it for advertising.

1. Who handles your data
The controller of your personal data is Zdravko Kolev, a private individual who runs the 3dpechat.bg website and fulfils the orders.

We are not required to have a data protection officer and don't have one. For any question, write to 3dpechat.bg@gmail.com.
2. What data we receive
When you contact us through the contact form, by email or on social media:
- your name;
- your email or social media profile;
- the content of your message;
- the files, sketches and photos you send us.
When you order: your name, phone number, delivery address or courier office, and the details shown in a bank transfer (name and account) if you pay via Revolut.
When you browse the site: your IP address and browser details reach the site's host (GitHub). The fonts load from our own site, not from Google. We collect visit statistics only with your consent (see "Cookies and statistics").
Reviews: the site shows selected public reviews from our Google profile, with the name their author published there.
We don't ask for sensitive data (health, religion, political views and the like); please don't send it to us.
You don't have to give us any data, but without an email or another way to reach you we can't reply, and without a delivery address we can't send your order.

We don't make automated decisions about you and don't profile you.
4. How long we keep it
- Messages, contact details, addresses and files: deleted within 7 days of the order being completed (delivered and paid), or within 7 days of the conversation ending if no order follows. This includes the copies in the contact form service (Web3Forms), our email and social media.
- Complaints: until the complaint is resolved, and for as long as the law requires.
- Payments: if tax law requires a record of a payment received, we keep only the minimum (date, amount, payment method) for the period it sets. Revolut and the couriers keep their own records under their own rules.
- Your answer in the cookie card: 182 days in your browser, after which we ask again.
- Google Analytics: up to 14 months, after which Google deletes the data.
5. Who else sees it
We don't sell data or use it for advertising. It passes through these services:
- Web3Forms (Web3Creative, India) forwards contact form messages to our email. To check for spam, it sends your IP address and email to CleanTalk and Akismet (USA).
- hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc., USA) checks that a person is filling in the form. It loads only when you start filling it in. It comes with Web3Forms and also uses the data for its own security and anti-abuse purposes, as an independent controller; see its privacy policy.
- Google (Google Ireland Limited; Google LLC, USA):
- Gmail, our mailbox;
- Google Analytics, only with your consent;
- YouTube, only when you play a video.
- GitHub (GitHub, Inc., USA) hosts the site and logs visitors' IP addresses for security.
- Revolut (Revolut Bank UAB, Lithuania), if you pay by bank transfer.
- Econt Express AD and Speedy AD deliver your parcel.
- Instagram and TikTok, if you message us there.
Some of these services transfer data outside the European Union. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, and transfers to India on the standard contractual clauses. 6. Cookies and statistics
Google Analytics loads only if you click "Accept" in the cookie card. If you decline, the site works the same and Google Analytics receives nothing. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookies" button at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, we delete the Google Analytics cookies from your browser.

Videos load from youtube-nocookie.com only when you press play. Google then receives your IP address and browser details.
7. Photos of our work
We may publish photos of finished items in the portfolio, on Instagram and on TikTok. They never show people, names, addresses or any other personal data. If you don't want your item shown, tell us: we won't publish it, and if it is already published, we will remove it.
8. Your rights
At any time you can ask for:
- access: to learn whether and what data about you we process;
- correction of inaccurate data;
- erasure of your data;
- restriction of processing;
- portability: to receive your data in a portable format;
- withdrawal of consent for Google Analytics, with the "Cookies" button, without affecting the processing before then.
Right to object. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest (spam protection, showing your Google review). We then stop, unless there are compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests.
Write to us at 3dpechat.bg@gmail.com. We reply free of charge, within one month. Because we delete data within 7 days of an order, after that we usually no longer hold any data about you.
Complaints. If you believe we are infringing your rights, you can complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP): 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., 1592 Sofia; kzld@cpdp.bg; www.cpdp.bg. A complaint must be filed within 6 months of learning of the infringement and no later than 2 years after it happened. You can also go to court.

The current version is on this page, with the date of the last change. We will announce material changes on the site before they take effect.
